Please, Give me justice quickly and investigate to find the truths without any partiality & delay.

If justice will be delayed from your side that means you are denying justice to me.

If you are unable to do so, thenI have to die.So, allow me to suicide in front of your office – premises because Iam thinking that there would be no other option left.

All of from my family were in deep crisis of economiclly,socially,morally, physicly

& mentally disturbed due to this act & We are running door to door seeking justice but yet remedy has to find.

I seek to draw your kind attention to immediately intervene to save my dignity,

respect & Rogi - Roti because I am completely depressed , tensed, humiliated & shocked .

I am feeling very-very insecure & unsafe.

I seek your urgent intervention in my matter so that I' m given full JUSTICE.

Anytime I can be murdered because Educational Mafia knew that I may go to the Higher Officials & MEDIAs seeking justice.

I was working as a Sr. Lecturer in the Department of Mechnical Engineering, Ramgovind Institute of Technology, Koderma, Jharkhand . Pin – 825409 since 16th April, 2007.

RIT Koderma is a self – financed Engineering College duly approved by AICTE, UGC & Government of Jharkhand , Affiliated to Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag ).

I was selected & recruited as a teaching Staff through an “Open Selection Process” , advertisement of the Lecturer- Vacancies was published in a  popular and reputed National Newspaper-"Times of india", adopting all reliable & valid procedures on the basis of competence-Knowledge skills prescribed in

Clause 10 (i), Chapter- III of the AICTE Act, 1987.

My name is given with my all collegues in the RIT - Koderma 's website - www.ritk.org in MANDATORY INFORMATIONS ( which is mandatory for all engineering colleges ) mentioning my  Date of Birth, my Working- Experiences & my Subject- Specialization.

I was dismissed from my job through an Office Order Ref. No. – RIT / 138 / 08 issued by the Dr. Rameshwar Prasad- Director R.I.T. - Koderma on 16th July, 2008.

The dismissal letter was not written on the Letter pad & also it was without Official Seal

of RIT - Koderma.It was simply written on a plain paper in a most arbitrary manner on the charges of fake alleged ground of writing a complaint letter to the AICTE & Govt. of Jharkhand.

I was dismissed by the Management of RIT- Koderma without giving any Charge sheet, without holding any Enquiry & without establishing my any guilt.

It is a big gross violation of Principles of Natural Justice. It also uttered disregard to the Law of Land, Labour Laws, Norm & Regulations of AICTE / UGC & Govt. of Jharkhand & the rules of my right enshrined in the constitution of India.

They suspected that I was behind the last visit of AICTE, who inspected the RIT to verify Norm & Regulations of AICTE.

In the past, I took all possible ways to express my loyalty to the Management of R.I.T.

but to avail.Professor Alok Kumar requested College Chairman for a fair & transperent enquiry to find the all truth.

I am completely demorlised & mentally depressed by the way of his dismissal.

I request College Chairman Er.Ravindra Kumar to consider his plead & asked about 
What are they trying to prove & what are they trying to hide ?

Regular false misgiving was brought against him to the Management by some staffs who are carrying financial irregularities.Why are they so insecure in their own irregularities?

Our management have got money, but they do not have any right vision.They are a very Big Fish; they can eat me any moment. Our College Secretary Prof. Vishal Kumar is a pshyco who is behind of all difficulties, short comings & disturbances created in RIT - Koderma .He is not matured enough to run a Technical Institute like RIT.He is a negatively charged person who always thinks bad for others & believe that he has a very good mind & top brain. But sadly, he has lake of knowledges, patience & good spirits.

I am seriously concerned in the manner of my dismissal - order.

How can they throw me on the road ?

I knew that everywhere Corruptions are involved who debarred the needy to get quick justice.

The management of R. I. T. Koderma conspired all episodes ,then pressured the director for this order to issue my dismissal letter without on Letter Pad and without seal of RIT- Koderma , violating norms & regulations of A. I. C. T. E. / U.G.C. / Human Right / Labour law ‘s etc…..

So that I cannot fight legally or I cannot ask them to consider my view.

This is totally injustice to me to harass and torture mentally, physically and economically.

They afraid that I will harm them in future if I worked there because slowly- slowly I will be able to know their maximum ongoing exploitations, mall practices, cheating, forgery and corruptions.

I request all concern authorities to give the order of High Level Investigation to get me justice & also protect my life.

I can be murdered like Er. Satyndra Dubey because within few days I will try to expose their misdeeds, cheating & forgery in MEDIA.

I will provide all evidences collected by me at the appropriate time to the concerned higher Authorities.

I request to provide me security to protect my life , because I am feeling danger.

Sir, any moment any where, I could be murdered like Er. Satyendra Dubey for knowing & protesting the Ongoing Corruptions & Exploitations of Employees, Students & Lecturers in the name of Technical Educations in a Self - financed Private Engineering College which is duly approved & recognised by AICTE, UGC, Govt. Of Jharkhand , Affiliated to Vinoba Bhave University Hazaribag, Jharkhand ---”Ramgovind Institute of Technology, Koderma , Jharkhand" .

Also,If I have been given full protection, then I am ready to expose the entire corruption system of Technical Educational Mafias who are luring the Students by advertising an attractive & false facts in their Brochures, Newspapers, Prospectus & other available communications etc.

Technical Education’s Mafia are knowingly hampering & damaging the prospects of the Students & Employees, only for heavy earnings.

Earlier I have already taken up this matter with the AICTE, UGC, Raj Bhawan- Jharkhand, V.B.U. - Hazaribag, Local Medias & Labour Department , but I am yet to get the proper remedial response.
